About Us

Esquire Construction, Inc. was founded by Chad Iida, a third-generation general contractor who has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Juris Doctorate degree in law.  His paternal grandfather and maternal grandfather each started their own successful construction companies in Hawaii, and he learned the construction business from both sides of the family.

At Esquire Construction, Inc. we work closely with each client to ensure their expectations are met (and hopefully exceeded), and we utilize our legal knowledge and the construction knowledge, skills and work ethic that were passed down by both grandfathers’ companies. We believe we were born to do construction, and we hope to show you our passion and love for the work we do.
